1. What PassPath is
PassPath (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is an educational web application that provides visa application guidance, document checklists, interview practice, and other tools for individuals applying for travel and immigration visas. We are not a law firm, an immigration consultancy, or a government body. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or official visa processing centre.
2. PassPath is not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Every visa application is unique. Visa rules change frequently. The only authoritative sources are the official embassy and government websites for your destination country. Always verify any information from PassPath against those official sources before acting. If you require legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
3. Account creation and use
You may create an account to save your progress and access additional features. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, or harm to others.
4. Free and Lifetime plans
We offer a Free tier and a one-time-payment Lifetime tier. Free features are available without payment. Lifetime features require payment, processed by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. All payments are final; we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
5. AI-generated content
The interview simulator and scam-agent checker use third-party AI models (OpenAI). AI responses are generated for educational purposes only and may contain errors. Do not treat AI feedback as a guarantee of any visa outcome. We do not store or share your simulator answers beyond what is necessary to provide you with feedback and history.
6. Community submissions
Success stories and scam reports submitted by users are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the site.
7. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or current. We are not liable for visa refusals, application errors, financial losses, or any consequences arising from use of the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
