Rebook and take IELTS for UKVI specifically. It is administered by the same test centers but is a different registration process.

Employment letter did not include the required information: leave approval dates, salary, position, or confirmation of return-to-work date.

Get your employer to rewrite the letter to include: your name, job title, start date, monthly salary, approved leave from X to Y, and confirmation you return to work on Z.

The CAS has an expiry date and conditions. Applying after the CAS expires or before it is activated results in refusal.
