Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees
by European Commission
Full funding for 1–2 year master's programs spanning 2–3 European universities. Covers tuition, travel, visa costs, and monthly stipend. Open to all non-EU nationalities. East African applicants are strongly encouraged.
Netherlands Fellowship Programme (NFP)

For mid-career professionals from developing countries, including all East African nations. Covers master's degree tuition, living costs, travel, and insurance. Requires employer commitment and 5 years post-study return to home country.
Eiffel Excellence Scholarship (France)
